Proposal 1: Emergency manager law

Hamilton Director of Secondary Education Doug Braschler agreed that Proposal One will not directly impact Hamilton Community Schools because the district is financially stable.

Proposal 2: Public employee collective bargaining

Supporters of Proposal 2 say it would restore a balance of power in labor negotiations for public sector workers. Opponents argue that if it passes 170 different laws could be changed, and that could lead to many unintended consequences.
