The Hamilton JV boys soccer team concluded their season on Wednesday Oct. 10 with a winning record.

The Hawkeyes met their goal of going .500 with a record of 8-7-2.

Against Unity Christian on Wednesday Oct 10., the Hawkeyes “were unable to hold off Unity Christian in their final game,” Coach Bob Wandel said. The game was a disappointment to the Hawkeyes, but it did not effect their goal.

“We had a good season with a winning record,” Dylan Hornik said. Hornik was the leading goal-scorer for the JV boys soccer team this year.

” We improved quite a bit team score wise and a good effort the entire year,” Raymund Johnson said. “We were very motivated.”

The group also improved on their teamwork, freshmen Kohl Baumann and Austin Fogerty both mentioned. The two were very happy with their team’s ability to come together and win games.
