Spring weather caused sports season to get off to slow start

The girls JV soccer team had to practice indoors at the start of the season, which isn't the best venue for soccer.

Bad weather forced our spring sports teams at both the middle school and high school to spend far more time inside than they would have liked this season.

The ThunderHawk spoke with several team members to see what they thought of the impact it had on the teams.

Interviewees included: HS freshman soccer player Kristen Harper, HS varsity baseball’s Coach Ken DeGood, 7th grade soccer player Alexandria Edsall, and 8th grade soccer player Gracie Grady.
