Students enjoy Europe trip

The anticipation of their long awaited European adventure became a reality on June 18, when seventeen students from Hamilton departed for their trip overseas.

Led by Hamilton teachers Mr. Grabinski and Mr. Morrison and Hamilton parents Mrs. JoAnn Merkle and Mrs. Lori Lohr, the group had the adventure of a lifetime. For many of them, it was their first trip out of the country.

During the trip, students visited the countries of Italy and France, and also took a guided tour through the Vatican City.

For senior Caitlin Lohr, seeing the majestic trademark Eiffel Tower lit up at night was the most memorable moment.

All of the students agreed that it was a quite exhausting and on-the-go sort of trip. In the end, all students said that it was an incredible journey and opportunity to be remembered.
