Varsity boys drop close game to Holland Christian

Hamilton finished the season 11-11.

The varsity boys team played a great game against Holland Christian on Friday night. They kept the game very close through the whole first half ending the first quarter only three points behind HC at 29-26.

In the third quarter, HC racked up the points, as they scored 18 while Hamilton scored nine.

The Hawkeyes clawed back in the fourth quarter as they were able to score 17 points while the Maroons landed nine.

Contributing to the Hawkeyes’s points was junior Elijah Walker, who was able to easily sink a 3-pointer.

The game ended with Holland Christian winning 56-52.
