Varsity girls golf team takes 4th at Unity Christian jamboree

Hamilton finished 4th out of the 6 teams at the Unity Christian Jamboree by finishing with a team score of 217.

Taylor Johnson led the way for Hamilton with a 49, while Hannah VandeWege followed with a 54.

Coach Kevin Arnold wished a congratulations to Holland Christian on their victory, and also to Claire Spoelhof of Holland Christian on her fine round of 41 which earned her medalist honors.

Hamilton is now 5th in the conference as they are 10 points behind the leader Holland Christian who has 17 points in the rankings.

Hamilton’s next match is Thursday, Sept. 13 at Coopersville.
